Study Tours

Study tours provide excellent opportunities for building knowledge of evidence-based drug treatment and HIV prevention. PIRT has conducted study tours for groups from Malaysia and Taiwan. PIRT also hosts individual visitors on travel fellowships.

Study tours are typically of one week’s duration, with groups of up to ten people. PIRT staff arrange guest speakers to present to the group, and accompany the group on site visits to services such as needle and syringe programs, drug treatment centres and prisons.
