Strategic Plan

This plan was prepared by the Board of Management and the senior management of the centre with significant input from staff, key stakeholders and collaborating research centres. The 2004-2008 planning process re-examined our mission statements, the arising goals and introduced the concept of values with definitions and performance indicators.
