Marianne joined the Kirby Institute in 2011, initially as monitor and project coordinator for the ATAHC II and ACTIVATE studies, after which she managed the SToP-C project (Surveillance and Treatment of Prisoners with Hepatitis C). In 2018, she moved to a joint appointment as Clinical Trials Manager for both the Kirby and National Drug and Alcohol Research Centre, overseeing multiple community and prison clinical research projects. Previously she has worked in the not-for-profit, academic and government sectors managing oncology, neurology and mental health clinical trials and health promotion projects. Marianne has postgraduate qualifications in public health, project management and clinical trials (MPH, MHM, MPM, Graduate Certificate Clinical Trials Mgmt).
