In this presentation, Caroline Salom (Research Fellow for the Institute for Social Science Research and Queensland Coordinator, Drug Trends) talks through the Queensland results for the 2018 Illicit Drug Reporting System (IDRS) and the 2018 Ecstasy and Related Drugs Reporting System (EDRS). This seminar was hosted by Queensland Health and Dovetail Queensland.
The IDRS interviews are conducted with people who regularly inject drugs and the EDRS interviews are conducted with people who regularly use ecstasy and other stimulants.
This presentation covers findings from the 2018 interviews with respect to drug consumption patterns, drug markets, and drug-related harms.
